Do I need to create an account
No, you don't need an account to place an order. Just use your email address to make and track orders.
For a quicker checkout process, access to your Wishlist, and order updates, we recommend creating a VOGUERINI account.
I forgot my password
If you forget your password, click the "forgot your password" link on the Sign In page and enter your email. You'll get an email to guide you through password reset.
Getting VOGUERINI Email Updates
Stay informed about new arrivals, trends, and special promotions by entering your email at the bottom of our homepage. You can manage your email preferences in your account settings.

Duplicate Items on website
Voguerini collaborates directly with Italian suppliers and ships products directly to customers, allowing each supplier to offer the same product at slightly different prices.
Items Authenticity
The items we sell guarantee 100% authenticity, as all our suppliers are certified by the brands they offer directly.
Product Packaging
The packaging you will receive is the exact shipment from our supplier, typically consisting of a box and a dustbag. It's important to note that certain products may not include a dustbag.

Placing order on website
1. Browse categories or brands using the top menu or search for specific styles or brands.
2. Pick the item you want and click "Add To Bag."
3. When you're done shopping, go to checkout.
4. Sign in or continue as a guest if you're new.
5. Provide your address, payment method, and delivery details to complete your order.
We'll confirm and keep you updated as your order is prepared and shipped.
Making changes or cancelling orders
Yes, you can cancel certain items before we start processing your order. Go to Orders & Returns. If you ordered as a guest and need changes, enter your guest order details there.
You can't add items to an existing order, but you can place a new order for anything else you want. For more details, visit our Orders & Deliveries page.

Will I be charged for shipping?
Orders above IDR 3 million are free from shipping charges, while orders below IDR 3 million incur a shipping fee of IDR 399k due to direct shipping from Italy.
Do I Need to pay Duties & Taxes?
The items will be shipped from our Italian supplier, which means they will be imported. You'll receive an estimated Duties/Taxes cost during checkout. All shipments will be handled under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, and there won't be any additional charges. If you receive extra charge when receiving the order, please reach out to us at contact@voguerini.com.
How are duties and taxes calculated?
Duties and Taxes are calculated differently for each product category. You will be subject to a 10% tax on the total purchase amount, payable to the respective country / customs.

Why is VOGUERINI Pricing Different?
Our distinct business model at VOGUERINI plays a role in pricing variation. When you shop with VOGUERINI, you're selecting items from our global luxury brands and partner boutiques.
Accepted Currencies
Your currency options are dependent on your delivery destination and will be shown during checkout prior to finalizing your order. In the event that your local currency is unavailable, your order will be processed in IDR.
Payment Timing
If you make payment with a debit / credit card, OVO, or Gopay, VOGUERINI will collect payment at the time of order placement.
