Video Unboxing Requirement

Before opening your package, it is MANDATORY to conduct a thorough video unboxing. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of your return request.


Return Shipping

Please note that all orders are shipped from Italy and should be returned to Italy. Currently, we do not offer free returns. Kindly email to to confirm return shipping costs.


Unauthorized Returns

Returning items to any address other than the one specified on the shipping label without prior approval from Voguerini will consider the return invalid, and no refunds will be issued.

Return Process

For a successful return process, please follow these steps:
  1. Returns must be initiated within 3 days from the date of receiving the item.
  2. Customers are required to provide photos, unboxing video, brand tags, and security tags that have not been removed.
  3. If any tags or labels have been detached from the item, the return request will be denied.
  4. The returned item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Refund Process

The refund process follows these steps:
  1. After receiving your return, our boutique partner will inspect the condition of the returned item.
  2. Once the return is approved by the boutique partner, Voguerini will initiate the refund as soon as possible.
  3. Refunds typically take 3 days to process. Please note that in some cases, it may take up to 14 days.
  4. The refunded amount will be the item's purchase price. Please be aware that shipping fees, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable.
